Mr. Levy has focused his practice on representing school districts and municipalities in all phases of tax certiorari proceedings.

Mr. Levy brings to the firm over 25 years of experience in defending tax certiorari proceedings on behalf of school districts and municipalities.

Mr. Levy holds a B.A. from Harpur College, State University of New York at Binghamton, an M.B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Management, and a J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School.

He is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New York, and in the federal courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.  He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Westchester County Bar Association.
